Amendment of the publication on November 7, 2011

On November 21, 2011, Voit Foundation, Eschen, Principality of
Liechtenstein has notified us according to article 21, section 1 of the
WpHG, in amendment of release on November 4, 2011, that its voting rights
regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany have fallen below the threshold
of 3 % on October 25, 2011 and amounted to 2.35 % (231,500 voting rights)
on that day.
