Change in management board

The Chief Financial Officer of HanseYachts AG, Mr. Udo Potthast, has
stepped down from his position as CFO effective 31 December 2011 for
personal reasons. Mr. Potthast will continue to be available as a
consultant to HanseYachts AG to support further integration into the
Aurelius Group.

Designated successor of Mr. Potthast will be Mr. Thomas Stüpfert as an
experienced financial manager from Aurelius Group.
