On December 02, 2011, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Holdings, Inc., Tokyo, Japan
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 01, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 3.17% (this corresponds to 2271545 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.17% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2271545 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Nikko Asset Management Co., Ltd. and The
Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., Ltd..
