Preliminary figures show growth in Group sales revenues and earnings
remaining below forecast

Western European textile retailers saw sales drop sharply over the past
three months. Accordingly, the sales revenues generated by fashion company
Ahlers in Q4 2011 fell short of the company's expectations.

Nevertheless, the Ahlers Group will achieve an increase of approximately
6.5 percent in sales revenues from continued operations (about 2 percent
including Jupiter Shirts) in the fiscal year 2010/11 (FYE: November 30,
2011). The Management Board originally projected an increase of 10 percent
(5-6 percent including Jupiter Shirts).

In spite of the lower sales revenues, consolidated net income after taxes
will increase from EUR 8.5 million to EUR 9 to 10 million according to
preliminary estimates. The company had previously projected EUR 10 million.

The results for the fiscal year will be published on March 8, 2012. The
Management Board continues to believe that sales revenues and earnings will
increase in the fiscal year 2011/12.
