Correction of a release according to article 26, section 1 WpHG from
December 05, 2011

On December 07, 2011, Barakiel Vermögensverwaltungs- und
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Appen, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Cash.Medien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on November 28, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.26% (this
corresponds to 82500 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.26% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 82500 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Barakiel Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG
and Versicherungs-Service-Team Vermittlungs- und Betreuungsgesellschaft für
Versicherungen mbH.

On December 07, 2011, Barakiel Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG, Appen,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Cash.Medien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 28, 2011
and on that day amounted to 3.26% (this corresponds to 82500 Voting
Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.26% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 82500 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Versicherungs-Service-Team Vermittlungs- und
Betreuungsgesellschaft für Versicherungen mbH.
