On December 19, 2011, The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 15, 2011 and
on that day amounted to 2.98% (this corresponds to 2138666 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.98% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2138666 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
