1. UniCredit S.p.A., Rome, Italy, has informed us as per section 21 (1)
   WpHG that on December 16, 2011, its share of voting rights in XING AG,
   Hamburg, Germany exceeded the threshold of 5%, and now amounts to 5.28%
   (285,970 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 5.28% (285,970 voting rights) are to be attributed
to UniCredit S.p.A., Rome, Italy, pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no.
1 WpHG.

The names of the controlled companies of UniCredit S.p.A. through which the
voting rights are in fact held and to which 3% or more of the voting rights
in XING AG are allocated are the following: HVB Principal Equity GmbH,
UniCredit Bank AG.

1. UniCredit Bank AG, Munich, Germany, has informed us as per section 21
   (1) WpHG that on December 16, 2011, its share of voting rights in XING AG,
   Hamburg, Germany exceeded the threshold of 5%, and now amounts to 5.28%
   (285,970 voting rights). Of these voting rights 5.27% (285,536 voting
   rights) are to be attributed to UniCredit Bank AG, Munich, Germany,
   pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

The name of the controlled companies of UniCredit Bank AG through which the
voting rights are in fact held and to which 3% or more of the voting rights
in XING AG are allocated is the following: HVB Principal Equity GmbH.

1. HVB Principal Equity GmbH, Munich, Germany, has informed us as per
   section 21 (1) WpHG that on December 16, 2011, its share of voting rights
   in XING AG, Hamburg, Germany exceeded the threshold of 5%, and now amounts
   to 5.27% (285,536 voting rights).
