On December 20, 2011, Steuler Holding GmbH, Höhr-Grenzhausen, Deutschland
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Norddeutsche Steingut AG, Bremen, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 75% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 15, 2011
and on that day amounted to 83.95% (this corresponds to 2014841 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 83.95%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2014841 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Steuler Fliesen GmbH.
