BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG in correction of the notification dated November 16,
2011 that via shares its Voting Rights on United Internet AG, Montabaur,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 16, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to
6,475,930 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.01% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
6,475,930 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
