On 11 January 2012 Deutsche Bank AG London, London, United Kingdom, has
informed us according to §§ 21 (1), 24 WpHG in conjunction with section
32(2) InvG that the percentage of voting rights of there subsidiary DWS
Investment GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, crossed below 3 % threshold on 6
January 2012 and amounts to 2.882 % of the voting rights (i.e. 1,295,644
shares with voting rights) in Aurubis AG.
