On January 13, 2012, Mr Dr. Christoph Jeannée, Österreich has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on MAGNAT Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 13, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 4.66% (this corresponds to 647371 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.56% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 633511 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Jeannée from ATLANTIS Management & Holding GmbH & Co
Vermögensverwaltung V KG via ATLANTIS Management & Holding GmbH and
JEANNEE Rechtsanwalt GmbH.
