Section 1 WpHG

Frankfurt am Main, 24.01.2012

On January 24, 2012 GH Immobilienmanagement GmbH, Vienna, Austria, has
informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on MAGNAT Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany,
ISIN: DE 000A0XFSF0, WKN: A0XFSF, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on January 13, 2012 and on that day amounted to 4,56% (this
corresponds to 633.511 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No. 1 of the WpHG, 4,56% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 633.511 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to GH Immobilienmanagement GmbH from ATLANTIS Management &
Holding GmbH & Co Vermögensverwaltung V KG.

Further, on January 24, 2012 Mrs. Gerlinde Hrabik, Vienna, Austria has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
her Voting Rights on MAGNAT Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany,
ISIN: DE 000A0XFSF0, WKN: A0XFSF, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on January 13, 2012 and on that day amounted to 4,56% (this
corresponds to 633.511 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4,56% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 633.511 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mrs. Hrabik from ATLANTIS Management & Holding GmbH & Co
Vermögensverwaltung V KG via GH Immobilienmakler GmbH.
