On January 31, 2012, Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc., New York, USA
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 27, 2012
and on that day amounted to 4.79% (this corresponds to 3434815 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.79% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3434815 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
