Uns wurde mit Schreiben vom 31.01.12 folgendes mitgeteilt:

1. FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, Kent, England, UK gives
   notice pursuant to sec. 21 (1) WpHG that:

On 31 January 2012 FIL Investments International crossed above the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG,
Dachauer Street 665, 80995 Munich, Germany. On that date, FIL Investments
International held 3.03% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding
AG arising from 1,574,863 voting rights.

All voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG were attributed to FIL
Investments International pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

1. FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, Kent, England, UK gives notice
   pursuant to sec. 21 (1) WpHG that:

On 31 January 2012 FIL Holdings Limited crossed above the threshold of 3%
of the voting rights in MTU Aero Eingines Holding AG, Dachauer Street 665,
80995 Munich, Germany. On that date, FIL Holdings Limited held 3.03% of the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG arising from 1,574,863 voting
rights.

All voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG were attributed to FIL
Holdings Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

3.FIL Limited, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda gives notice pursuant to sec. 21 (1)
WpHG that:

On 31 January 2012 FIL Limited crossed above the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG, Dachauer Street 665, 80995
Munich, Germany. On that date, FIL Limited held 3.03% of the voting rights
in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG arising from 1,574,863 voting rights.

All voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG were attributed to FIL
Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
