661472) has received on 7 February 2012 the following voting rights
announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG:

The Voting Rights of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany, on
WILEX AG, Munich, Germany, have exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10%
and amounted to 12.90% (3,201,928 voting rights) on 3 February 2012.

The Voting Rights of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany, on
WILEX AG, Munich, Germany, have fallen below the thresholds of 3%, 5% and
10% and amounted to 1.20% (296,920 voting rights) on 6 February 2012.

Landesbank Baden-Württemberg was the sole lead manager of WILEX AG's rights
issue (recorded in the Munich Commercial Register on 3 February 2012) and
took 3,201,928 new bearer shares of common stock with the obligation to
offer them to the shareholders for subscription.
