On February 09, 2012, Mr Thomas Bogdanowicz, Österreich has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on MAGNAT Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 13, 2012 and
on that day amounted to 0.17% (this corresponds to 23457 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.17% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 23457 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Bogdanowicz.
