891 Venture Limited, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, has notified us pursuant
to section 21 para. 1a of the German Securities Trading Act that on 5 July
2007 (date of the first admission of the shares of ZhongDe Waste Technology
AG) its voting rights in ZhongDe Waste Technology AG amounted to 11.92%
(1,550,000 voting rights).

All voting rights were held by 9998 Holding Limited, Apia, Samoa, and were
attributed to 891 Venture Limited via Hao Capital China Fund LP pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act.
