891 Venture Limited, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, has notified us pursuant
to section 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act that on 10 July
2007 its voting rights in ZhongDe Waste Technology AG fell short of the
threshold of 10% and amounted to 8.24% (1,072,284 voting rights).

All voting rights were held by 9998 Holding Limited, Apia, Samoa, and were
attributed to 891 Venture Limited via Hao Capital China Fund LP pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act.
