On February 22, 2012, IPConcept Fund Management S.A., Luxemburg-Strassen,
Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 21, 2012
and on that day amounted to 14.93% (this corresponds to 2137403 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 12.69%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1816946 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Flossbach von Storch SICAV.
