On February 22, 2012, ING Insurance Topholding N.V., Amsterdam, The
Netherlands has notified us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG,
that its voting rights regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany have
exceeded the thresholds of 3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 % and 25 % on December
29, 2011 and amounted to 27.33 % (2,690,000 voting rights) as per this
date.

All voting rights are attributed to ING Insurance Topholding N.V. according
to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG.

Voting rights of the following companies, which are controlled by and
attributed ING Insurance Topholding N.V. and are holding 3 % or more in the
voting rights regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany are held by:

• ING Verzekeringen N.V.,
• ING Insurance Eurasia N.V.,
• Nationale Nederlanden Nederland B.V.,
• Nationale Nederlanden Levensverzekering Maatschappij N.V.,
• Parcom Capital B.V.,
