On March 01, 2012, Mr Nemat Farrokhnia, Österreich has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have exceeded the 25% threshold
of the Voting Rights on February 29, 2012 and on that day amounted to
28.06% (this corresponds to 4017712 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 28.06%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4017712 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Farrokhnia from Imfarr Beteiligungs GmbH via Pruß GmbH.
