March 2012

On 26 March 2012, BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A., Paris, France, has
notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading
Act that its voting rights in ZhongDe Waste Technology AG have fallen below
the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on 27 February 2012 and as of that
date amounted to 2.99% (389,111 voting rights).
