Securities Trading Act (WpHG), that the percentage holding of the voting
rights of BlackRock Group Limited, London, U.K., in E.ON AG, Düsseldorf,
Germany, ISIN: DE000ENAG999, WKN: ENAG99, exceeded the threshold of 3% on
March 12th, 2012 and amounts to 3.6145% (72325996 voting rights) on that
day.
