Uns wurde mit Schreiben vom 02. Mai 2012 folgendes mitgeteilt:

1. FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda gives notice pursuant to section 21 (1)
   WpHG of the following:

On 27 April 2012 FIL Limited fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG, Dachauer Street 665, 80995 Munich,
Germany. On that date, FIL Limited held 1.98% of the voting rights in MTU
Aero Engines Holding AG arising from 1,028,741 voting rights.

All voting rights MTU Aero Engines Holdng AG were attributed to FIL Limited
pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

1. FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, Kent, England, UK gives notice
   pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:

On 30 April 2012 FIL Holdings Limited fell below the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG, Dachauer Street 665, 80995
Munich, Germany. On that date, FIL Holdings Limited held 1.98% of the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG arising from 1,028,741 voting
rights.

All voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG were attributed to FIL
Holdings Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent.1 no. 6 WpHG in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.

1. FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, Kent, England, UK gives
   notice pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:

On 27 April 2012 FIL Investments International fell below the threshold of
3% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG, Dachauer Street
665, 80995 Munich, Germany. On that date, FIL Investments International
held 1.98% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG arising from
1,028,741 voting rights.

All voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG were attributed to FIL
Investments International pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
