On May 2, 2012, BlackRock Group Limited, London, U.K., informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on April 25, 2012 its
percentage of voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to
37,039,656 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock Group Limited
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.6 in connection with
Sentence 2 of the WpHG.

On May 2, 2012, BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Heller, Jersey,
Channel Islands, informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that on April 25, 2012 its percentage of voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 3.20%
(this corresponds to 39,273,891 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BR Jersey International
Holdings, L.P. according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.6 in
connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.

On May 2, 2012, BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, USA, informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on April 25, 2012
its percentage of voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 3.20% (this corresponds to
39,333,091 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock Advisors
Holdings, Inc. according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.6 in
connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.

On May 2, 2012, BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, USA,
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on April
25, 2012 its percentage of voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany,
exceeded the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 3.20% (this
corresponds to 39,273,891 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock International
Holdings, Inc. according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.6 in
