On May 4, 2012, BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA, informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on April 30, 2012 its percentage of
voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5%
and on that day amounted to 4.85% (this corresponds to 59,605,705 voting
rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock, Inc.
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.6 in connection with
Sentence 2 of the WpHG.

On May 4, 2012, BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier, Jersey,
Channel Islands, informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that on April 30, 2012 its percentage of voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf,
Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 2.93%
(this corresponds to 35,939,337 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BR Jersey International
Holdings, L.P. according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.6 in
connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.

On May 4, 2012, BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, USA,
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on April
30, 2012 its percentage of voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, fell
below the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 2.93% (this
corresponds to 35,939,337 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock International
Holdings, Inc. according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.6 in
connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.

On May 4, 2012, BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, USA, informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on April 30, 2012
its percentage of voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, fell below
the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 2.93% (this corresponds to
35,998,537 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock Advisors
Holdings, Inc. according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.6 in
connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
