On April 30, 2012, Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS), Boston,
USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Germany, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 30, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 5.12% (this corresponds to 266281 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.98% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 259123 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company amongst others from MFS New Discovery Fund.
Further 0.14% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7158 Voting Rights)
is to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
