informed us pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG, that its percentage
holding of the voting rights in E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, ISIN:
DE000ENAG999, WKN: ENAG99, has fallen below the threshold of 3% on May 2nd,
2012 and amounts to 2,87% (57492946 voting rights) on that day.

2,87% of the voting rights (57492946 voting rights) are attributable to the
company pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG in
connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.
