   informed us pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG, that its percentage
   holding of the voting rights in E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, ISIN:
   DE000ENAG999, WKN: ENAG99, exceeded the threshold of 5% on May 4th, 2012
   and amounts to 5.42% (108526159 voting rights) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to the company pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG in connection with Sentence
2 WpHG.

   2012 has informed us pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG, that its
   percentage holding of the voting rights in E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, Germany,
   ISIN: DE000ENAG999, WKN: ENAG99, exceeded the threshold of 5% on May 4th,
   2012 and amounts to 5.42% (108526159 voting rights) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to the company pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG in connection with Sentence
2 WpHG.

   pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG, that its percentage holding of the
   voting rights in E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, ISIN: DE000ENAG999, WKN:
   ENAG99, exceeded the threshold of 3% on May 4th, 2012 and amounts to 3.30%
   (65939778 voting rights) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to the company pursuant to
