On 21 May 2012 BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA, has informed us according to
§§ 21, 24 WpHG that BlackRock, Inc., fell below the 3 % threshold of § 21
para. 1 WpHG on 14 May 2012, and at that time held 2.69 % of the voting
rights (i.e. 1,210,871 shares with voting rights) in Aurubis AG.

All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc., pursuant to §
22 para. 1 sent 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent 2 WpHG.

On 21 May 2012 BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, USA, has
informed us according to §§ 21, 24 WpHG that BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc., fell below the 3 % threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 14
May 2012, and at that time held 2.67 % of the voting rights (i.e. 1,198,643
shares with voting rights) in Aurubis AG.

All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Financial
Management., Inc., pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection
with § 22 para. 1 sent 2 WpHG.

On 21 May 2012 BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, USA, has informed us
according to §§ 21, 24 WpHG that BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., fell below the 3
% threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 14 May 2012, and at that time held 2.67
% of the voting rights (i.e. 1,198,643 shares with voting rights) in
Aurubis AG.

All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc.,
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with § 22 para. 1
sent 2 WpHG.
