us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, Kahl am Main, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 26, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 1472847 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.01% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1472847 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.

that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 1472847 Voting Rights).
