On May 28, 2012, FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, England has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 24, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 3.89% (this corresponds to 202349 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.89% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
202349 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company inter alia from
Fidelity Funds SICAV.
