On May 29, 2012, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Stockholm, Sweden
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 25, 2012 and on that
day amounted to 4.25% (this corresponds to 220760 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.25% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 220760 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from SEB AG, Germany.
