On June 04, 2012, Mr Andreas Lentge, Deutschland, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Cash.Medien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 20% threshold of
the Voting Rights on May 30, 2012 and on that day amounted to 21.43% (this
corresponds to 542,281 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 19.10%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 483,392 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Lentge via Barakiel Vermögensverwaltungs- und
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Barakiel Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG
and Versicherungs-Service-Team Vermittlungs- und Betreuungsgesellschaft für
Versicherungen mbH.

On June 1, 2012, Barakiel Vermögensverwaltungs- und
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Appen, Deutschland, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Cash.Medien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 15% threshold of
the Voting Rights on May 30, 2012, and on that day amounted to 17.30% (this
corresponds to 438,000 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 17.30%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 438,000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Barakiel Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG
and Versicherungs-Service-Team Vermittlungs- und Betreuungsgesellschaft für
Versicherungen mbH.

On June 1, 2012, Barakiel Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG, Appen,
Deutschland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Cash.Medien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 30, 2012, and
on that day amounted to 17.30% (this corresponds to 438,000 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.74% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 120,000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Versicherungs-Service-Team Vermittlungs- und
Betreuungsgesellschaft für Versicherungen mbH.
