On June 04, 2012, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Stockholm,
Sweden has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 01,
2012 and on that day amounted to 0.40% (this corresponds to 20792 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.40% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 20792 Voting Rights) is to be
