Niestetal (Germany), June, 12, 2012 – SMA Solar Technology AG (SMA/FWB: S92) will arrange this year's Capital Markets Day on September 26, 2012 during the '27 th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference' in Frankfurt/Main (Germany). The SMA Managing Board confirms the sales and earnings guidance published for the first time on March 2, 2012. For the fiscal year 2012 the Managing Board estimates EUR1.2 billion to EUR1.5 billion in sales and an EBIT margin of between 5% and 10%.
