announcements:
On June 19, 2012, Sun Life Financial Inc., Toronto, Canada has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on June 15, 2012 and on that day amounted to
5.04% (this corresponds to 262168 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.04% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
262168 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company amongst others
from MFS New Discovery Fund.
On June 19, 2012, Sun Life Global Investments Inc., Toronto, Canada has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 15, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 5.04% (this corresponds to 262168 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.04% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
262168 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company amongst others
from MFS New Discovery Fund.

Holdings, Inc., Wellesley Hills, USA has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe
AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on June 15, 2012 and on that day amounted to 5.04% (this corresponds
to 262168 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with

USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Germany, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 15, 2012 and on that
day amounted to 5.04% (this corresponds to 262168 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.89% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 254209 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company amongst others from MFS New Discovery Fund.
Further 0.15% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7959 Voting Rights)
is to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
