On June 21, 2012, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Stockholm,
Sweden has informed us correctively according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
June 11, 2012 and on that day amounted to 6.61% (this corresponds to 343860
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.61% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 343650 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from SEB AG,Germany.
