WpHG of the following:

On 25 June 2012 the voting rights held by FMR LLC fell below the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holdings AG, Dachauer Street
665, 80995 Munich, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 2.95% of the voting
rights in MTU Aero Engines Holdings AG, arising from 1,531,691 voting
rights.
