to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold
of the Voting Rights on June 26, 2012 and on that day amounted to 2.96%
(this corresponds to 154065 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.96% of
