On July 06, 2012, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH,
Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on United Internet
AG, Montabaur, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on July 05, 2012 and on that day amounted to 2.96% (this corresponds
to 6362382 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.34% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2872338 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
