Resignation of the chairman of the Supervisory Board as per 30 August 2012

Frankfurt, 11 July 2012 - The chairman of the supervisory board of ZhongDe
Waste Technology AG ('ZhongDe', 'the Company', Ticker symbol 'ZEF'), Mr.
Hans-Joachim Zwarg, today informed the Company that he will resign from his
office as member of the Company's supervisory Board for personal reasons as
per the end of the ordinary annual general meeting of ZhongDe Waste
Technology on 30 August 2012.

The Company will propose a successor for Mr. Zwarg to be elected by the
annual general meeting on short notice.
