-1- Pursuant to Sec. 21(1) German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG'), KB
Holding GmbH, Grünwald, Germany, informed us on July 12, 2012, that its
voting interest in Werdohl, Germany, based Vossloh AG (ISIN: DE0007667107,
German SIN: 766710) crossed on July 12, 2012, above 15% to 15.01%
(equivalent to 2,000,431 votes).

-2- Pursuant to Sec. 21(1) German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG'), Stella
Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH, Grünwald, Germany, informed us on July 12, 2012,
that its voting interest in Werdohl, Germany, based Vossloh AG (ISIN:
DE0007667107, German SIN: 766710) crossed on July 12, 2012, above 15% to
15.01% (corresponding to 2,000,431 votes). This 15.01% voting stake
(2,000,431 votes) is attributable to the notifying company under the terms
of Sec. 22(1) Clause 1 No. 1 WpHG.
Votes attributable to the notifying company are held by the following
company (which is controlled by it and holds a voting stake in Vossloh AG
3% or more): KB Holding GmbH, Grünwald, Germany.
