Securities Trading Act) (share)

J O Hambro Capital Management Limited, London, United Kingdom, informed us
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 sentence 1 WpHG that on October 03, 2011 its
voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3 %
and on this day amount to 3.01 % (4,128,577 voting rights). Thereof 3.01 %
(4,128,577 voting rights) are attributed to J O Hambro Capital Management
Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.
