Bundesrepublik Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section
1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on FORTEC Elektronik
Aktiengesellschaft, Landsberg/Lech, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5%
and 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 20, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 13.70% (this corresponds to 404775 Voting Rights).
