Linz, 10.08.2012. The Executive Board of Quanmax AG has decided with the
approval of the Supervisory Board to implement a merger of S&T System
Integration & Technology Distribution AG (www.snt.at) and Quanmax AG
(www.quanmax.ag) as part of further integration of the two companies. In
preparation of the decision the Executive Boards and Supervisory Boards of
both companies decided to adopt the appropriate measures, especially the
determination of the business relationship.
