On August 14, 2012, Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH, Am Hauptbahnhof
18, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
CENIT AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on August 13, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.24% (this
corresponds to 270980 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.09% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 174588 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
