By letter dated July 12, 2012, the Germany-based notifying parties, viz.
Heinz Hermann Thiele, Stella Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH, Grünwald, and KB
Holding GmbH, Grünwald, sent the obligatory notification under the terms of
Sec. 27a(1) German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') that they had crossed on
July 11 and 12, 2012, above reportable voting-interest thresholds, along
with the disclosure of the voting-interest purchasing purposes and the
related source of funds.

On August 13, 2012, the aforesaid notifying parties informed us as follows:

The notifying parties have reconsidered their then indicated purposes under
the terms of Sec. 27a(1) Clause 1 in conjunction with Clause 3 WpHG and now
aim to influence the issuer's executive, management and/or supervisory
board membership, the remaining purposes then stated remaining unchanged.
