1. We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
   31 August 2012 the voting interest of Baillie Gifford & Co, Edinburgh,
   Scotland, United Kingdom in XING AG, Hamburg, Germany fell below the
   threshold of 3 per cent and on this date amounted to 2.95% (this
   corresponds to 161,344 voting rights). 0.16% of these voting rights (this
   corresponds to 9,030 voting rights) are attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co
   in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG. 2.78% of
   these voting rights (this corresponds to 152,314 voting rights) are
   attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent.
   1 no. 6 and sent. 2 of the WpHG (via Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited,
   Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom).

2. We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
   31 August 2012 the voting interest of Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited,
   Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom in XING AG, Hamburg, Germany fell below
   the threshold of 3 per cent and on this date amounted to 2.78% (this
   corresponds 152,314 voting rights). All of these voting rights (this
   corresponds to 152,314 voting rights) are attributed to Baillie Gifford
   Overseas Limited in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the
   WpHG.
