according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 05, 2012
and on that day amounted to 8.78% (this corresponds to 8078134 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 8.78% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 8078134 Voting Rights) is to be

has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via

Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
September 05, 2012 and on that day amounted to 8.78% (this corresponds to
8078134 Voting Rights).
